Welcome to Tree Care AI, a proprietary service of Led to Lead Consulting, LLC.

Tree Care AI is built exclusively for tree care companies, arborists, and green industry professionals. We provide websites, lead management systems, search engine optimization (SEO), AI visibility strategies, automation, CRM software, and marketing services designed to help tree care businesses get found online, generate more qualified leads, and grow their businesses.

By accessing or using our website, software, products, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Month-to-Month Service

Tree Care AI operates on a month-to-month subscription basis.

There are no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of thirty (30) days written notice is required to cancel any recurring subscription or service.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to:

The Client remains responsible for all subscription charges during the 30-day notice period regardless of service usage.

Monthly subscription fees are not prorated.

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a Client chooses to cancel before onboarding or project work has started, Tree Care AI reserves the right to determine any applicable refund at its sole discretion.

3. Setup Fees

All setup fees cover onboarding, implementation, website development, CRM configuration, automation setup, integrations, strategy sessions, and other initial services.

Because these services begin immediately upon project initiation, setup fees are non-refundable after work has commenced.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription payments are billed automatically using the payment method on file.

Payments are due on the billing date shown on your invoice.

The Client is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method at all times.

Returned payments, declined cards, or failed ACH transactions remain the responsibility of the Client.

5. Non-Payment & Account Suspension

Tree Care AI provides ongoing software, hosting, website management, automation, AI services, and business systems through a subscription model.

If payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the due date, Tree Care AI reserves the right to temporarily suspend any or all services associated with the Client's account until the account has been brought current.

Services that may be suspended include, but are not limited to:

Website hosting
Website access
CRM access
Lead management
AI tools
Automation workflows
Phone system
Missed call text-back
Email services
SMS messaging
Google Business Profile management
Social media management
Calendars
Forms
Funnels
Reporting dashboards
Client portal access

Service suspension does not cancel your agreement or waive any outstanding balance.

Once payment has been received in full, services will be restored as quickly as reasonably possible.

Tree Care AI reserves the right to permanently terminate accounts that remain unpaid for an extended period.

6. Domain Ownership

Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining ownership of their domain name through their preferred registrar.

Tree Care AI will assist with connecting the domain to your website when provided with the appropriate credentials or DNS access.

Domains remain the property of the Client.

7. Ownership of Client Data

Your business data belongs to you.

This includes:

Customer contacts
Leads
Appointment information
Website copy created specifically for your business
Images provided by you
Blog articles written specifically for your company
Reviews
CRM contact records
Communication history
Marketing assets created specifically for your business

Upon cancellation, Tree Care AI will provide your core business data in commonly accepted export formats when technically available.

8. Proprietary Systems & Intellectual Property

While your business data belongs to you, Tree Care AI retains ownership of all proprietary systems, software configurations, templates, automation logic, workflows, AI prompts, snapshots, CRM architecture, funnels, campaigns, coding methods, reporting systems, integrations, and internal operational processes developed by Led to Lead Consulting, LLC.

These systems are licensed for use while you remain an active subscriber.

They may not be copied, exported, transferred, reverse engineered, resold, or recreated outside of the Tree Care AI platform without written permission.

No account-to-account transfers of proprietary systems or automation frameworks will be provided.

9. Website Ownership

Upon payment in full of all setup fees and invoices, the Client owns the content created specifically for their business, including:

Website copy
Business images
Branding assets
Blog articles
Marketing graphics created specifically for the Client

Tree Care AI retains ownership of the proprietary website framework, coding structure, automation systems, templates, CRM configuration, and platform architecture used to deliver those services.

10. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide timely access to required accounts
Maintain ownership of their domain name
Provide accurate business information
Review and approve requested content in a timely manner
Maintain current billing information

Delays in approvals or account access may delay project timelines but do not pause recurring billing.

11. Google, SEO & AI Visibility Disclaimer

Tree Care AI follows industry best practices for:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Local SEO
Google Business Profile optimization
AI search optimization
Website optimization
Online visibility

However, because Google, Bing, Apple Maps, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other search platforms use proprietary algorithms that frequently change, Tree Care AI cannot guarantee:

First-page rankings
Google Maps placement
AI recommendations
Specific traffic levels
Number of leads
Revenue increases
Search engine positions

Our responsibility is to implement proven strategies designed to improve long-term visibility and online performance.

12. Results Disclaimer

Every business is different.

Results depend on many factors, including:

Competition
Service area
Market demand
Website history
Review profile
Budget
Client participation
Search algorithm updates

Tree Care AI does not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead volume, sales, or revenue.

13. Third-Party Software & Integrations

Tree Care AI utilizes third-party software providers, including but not limited to:

Google
Meta
Stripe
Twilio
OpenAI
Microsoft
Apple
Zapier

These providers maintain their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

Tree Care AI is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, outages, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

14. Service Area Exclusivity

Tree Care AI maintains an exclusive service area policy.

We partner with only one tree care company per primary service area for our core managed marketing and growth services.

Once a Client secures their service area, Tree Care AI will not knowingly provide competing managed marketing services to another tree care company within that protected market.

Protected territories are determined solely by Tree Care AI.

15. Limitation of Liability

Tree Care AI and Led to Lead Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

Search engine algorithm updates
Third-party software outages
Hosting interruptions
API failures
Domain registrar issues
Client delays
Incorrect information supplied by the Client
Events beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client during the previous three (3) months of service.

16. Changes to Services

Tree Care AI reserves the right to improve, modify, or discontinue features and services as technology evolves.

Pricing changes or material service changes will be communicated at least thirty (30) days in advance whenever reasonably possible.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.

Continued use of Tree Care AI services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
